Licensing Terms & Intellectual Property

All frameworks, diagnostic instruments, operating systems, assessment methodologies, course content, and published titles referenced across this site are the intellectual property of Wingdale Harbors LLC or its founder, D.A. Abrams, and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

This includes, without limitation, the Big Six Formula, the LEADERSHIP Model, the WHY Assessment, and the 9 CAE Domains, together with all associated names, logos, scoring rubrics, and supporting materials.

Enterprise, university, and institutional licenses are granted by written agreement only. A license conveys a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specified materials for the scope, term, audience size, and territory defined in that agreement.

No license is implied by access to this website, by purchase of a book, or by enrollment in a course. Bulk corporate orders, curriculum integration, and institutional licensing each carry their own terms, confirmed in writing before deployment.

Licensed materials may be used only by the licensed organization and its named participants, for internal training, education, and advisory purposes as defined in the agreement.

Reproduction, resale, sublicensing, public redistribution, or the creation of derivative frameworks from licensed materials is prohibited without prior written consent from Wingdale Harbors LLC.

Where licensed frameworks are referenced in an organization's own materials, attribution to Wingdale Harbors LLC and the relevant trademark must be preserved.

Trademark symbols and ownership notices may not be removed, altered, or obscured in any licensed deployment.

Frameworks and diagnostic tools are provided as professional instruments to support decision-making. They do not guarantee a specific business outcome, and results depend on how an organization applies them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingdale Harbors LLC limits its liability to the fees paid under the applicable license agreement.
